2. Professional Service Standards

The Company operates as a specialized hub for next-generation mobile ecosystems. While we strive for uncompromising performance and data-driven precision, our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our digital innovation services without prior notice.

3. Anti-Fraud & Security Policy

To maintain a secure environment, the following actions result in immediate termination of access:

• Attempting to bypass security protocols, including BaseSecurity infrastructure.
• Unauthorized access to backend architecture or Firebase databases.
• The use of VPNs, emulators, or automated scripts.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or technical glitches resulting from third-party integrations (e.g., Google Firebase, AdMob).

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
